Wife registers case against actor husband Sai Kumar

KOLLAM: Actor Sai Kumar's wife has registered a case against her husband as per the anti-harassment act.



Both husband and wife have registered cases on the same day but in different courts.

When the actor filed for a divorce at the family court in Kottarakkara on May 29, his wife registered a case at the Kollam First Class Judicial Magistrate Court.

In the case filed through advocate Veliyam K S Rajeev, she has sought protection from her husband.

In the plea filed, the actor's wife Prasanna Kumari says that her husband, who left home on October 22, 2008 has not returned. Their daughter is in mental agony and has discontinued her studies. Sai Kumar didn't even bother to meet the family d expenses and has also failed to pay the installments of the bank loan taken.
