Actressand dancer Sudha Chandran, who mesmerised the viewers with films like 'Mayoory' is all set to make a comeback to Malayalam cinema . She will appear as Bala's mother in super star Mohanlal's ongoing 'Alexander the Great', the shooting for the movie has already started with North Indian actress Meenakshi Dixit pairing with Bala.

Mohanlal who appears in the title character in the film will not have any heroines like his recent three movies like Pakalnakshatrangal, Redchillies and Sagar alias Jacky. Scripted by C Balachandran and directed by Murali Nagavally , Alexander, the great is being produced by V B K Menon under the banner of Anugraha Cine arts.
