phpbb plus questions

Ahhh i got so many questions today, such a newbie to php.
When i upload my phpbb plus board, and get php enabled, can i have like plain pages, like website pages within the board, that are not posts.
Like a homepage, which says stuff about the site & pages for articles etc.
Also, i read somewhere you can use different skins or templates.....do i make these or can i download them from somewhere?

You will need to download and install the "Blank Pages" mod to the latest version of Plus 1.52, as it does not come pre-installed.

To mkae notmal pages, download the blank page wich you can find if you search for it on the net. To add templates you also have to look in a PHPbb website.
