Can't log in to FTP

I just signed up for free hosting today. I can't access by FTP. Why?
I have this setup:

host: mariahroom.bizhat.com
login id: mariahroom.bizhat.com

and then password

but it tells me I have an invalid password. I am logged in here on this forum, so how can it be an invalid password?

did you not read the rules for the site in red font. You can not start the site unless you post 5 things in the forum. Why do people not read when instructions are right in front of them. READ you little worms or get stomped on.
