Activate PHP or Regis for phpbb?

I have a questions.
What do you guys recommend?
between
1. post here in the forum more than 5 posts, to get activation on PHP, then install PHP-Nuke and phpbb

or

2. Register for free phpbb forum hosting
at http://www.netfreehost.com/

my real question is:
If I regis for free phpbb forum hosting, can I connect between my PHP-Nuke site and the phpbb forum I register for free

Same as above if yuo ge it remotely hosted you can't control everything, if you host it yourself you have full control.
