    Default Can't change user information

    On Admin control whenever i click submit it says:

    Template->make_filename(): Error - file error_body.tpl does not exist

    I'm getting the same error when trying to change user names or make people admin on my forum.

    Template->make_filename(): Error - file error_body.tpl does not exist
