    Go to http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/, they have loads of tutorials teaching you how to use html in different situations. You should find anything you need there :)

    There you will find HTML reference, CSS reference, Amaya Editor/Browser.

    For HTML help, i recommend either just searching google for html tutorials or purchasing a cheap book on it. To be honest, it shouldnt take more that a day or 2 to master if no matter how you choose to learn it. The only other option is to download software like dreamweaver that allows you to graphically make the website. Thats up to you but personally i prefer writing the code myself cause i know what is going to happen

    yes, there are some userful tutorials on www.w3.org, that's
    enough for beginners.
