Can not upload *.zib file

I can not upload *.zip file

I have problem with upload *.zip file, but the others files, there are no problems. Why ?

550-Quota exceeded: basic_stat.zip won't be saved
550-508 files used (0) - authorized: 100000 files
550 51199 Kbytes used (99) - authorized: 51200 Kb

Try delete one file and then upload one other.
Too many files in one directory.
