    Default FTP Problems.

    Okay, I make my website and try to FTP in a phpBB forum. In the middle of the process, it just stops, without warning. I'm using SmartFTP, is there a problem with that or something? What's wrong...?

    I use Core FTP Lite, and was having this problem every once in a while, with really big files. My whole connection would timeout.
    my solution, pause all my other programs that are downloading files, and then upload to the server...
    just my 2 cents

    And when your uploading a lot of files, don't que all of them up
    do like 5 every time, because you easily get timed out.

    I dont have problems with this. I use LeechFTP works fine. I sometimes upload like 200 little files like phpbb forum, and it uploads just fine.
