    To make one?

    I don't know about that, but you should be able to use any ol' photo editing software to edit an image you may already have. That is, resize your image to whatever specifications you want. I myself use Adobe Photoshop.

    Also, you may want to "google" avatars and see what comes up.

    Buy, download, etc. adobe photoshop, and make one yourself. I dont think there is an avatar generator.
