FTP problem: can't rename remote file or directory?

why can't I rename a remote file or directory :?:
I used WS_FTP and even in DreamWeaverMX doesn't work.

Thank you for providing this great free web host service. I really wanted like this one. I just came from Geocities, but due to very limited bandwith my site always goes down intermitently and I really hate it. Now I'm thinking of what to post next to gain more bandwidth but 500 MB is quite enough for me :)

There are needed answers to newbie questions.

Bizhat does not support rename, so delete the file or directory first, then reupload it.
