    Mambo is a free compilation of php scripting to create dynamic web sites.
    You need a apache server with php and MySQL. Little knowledge of the languages is required...all you need is some time and patience. There are many templates available also, so you can simply purchase one of these instead of creating your own.

    It's very simple, beautifull and so and and so far :)

    I sugest you use Xoops.
    Its much more better (but its uglyer....)
