BizHat Works With Mambo ???

I have instaled mambo on my accound and it's working !

But when I want to upload a new templates or a composant there is an error message :

How did you get mambo to work...it is not for me...restrictions everywhere :roll:

Did you ask them to unrestrict anything?

There are a few things to keep in mind with your template:

If you are making your own template-and you have trouble getting it to show up in the Mambo admin: 1) open the file called templateDetails.xml 2) in the tag of the xml...you must make sure the name of your template there = your actual template folder name that contains all your files. ex, if my template is named JohnTest, then my template folder that containg the index.php of my template etc must be named also 'John Test' as well as the tag in the xml. 3) then you can just copy the entire folder and its contents to the mambo/templates/ directory. Now login admin and it should be there. If you like to make your template installable as a .zip: make sure you do steps 1 and 2 abaove, in addition, you templateDetails.xml must contain references to all files and folders within your template. Look at any of the templates included with the Mambo core package as example. Then just zip the your main templates folder-and go to the mambo admin, templates> install and browse for your zip file. then it should upload.

I personally did not install the template as such...I just uploaded all the files I needed into the template folder with appropriate sub folders. All the best, hope you can help me out :)

I think it's due to the *.xml files :s

That shouldn't be a problem xml files are allowed on bizhat. But it says Could not find an XML setup file in the package. I think you're missing a file, in either your ftp program or in the mambo package.

It's ocurrence whait the server works whit "safe mode" actidad!
