Do you mean that there is a problem with your site? :roll:
Is your site able to PHP upgrade?
If not ask for it in the Forum.

- first enable php
- make a mysql database
--
- download a phpbb forum www.phpbb.com
- place all the files on you host (you can place them in a map)
--
- configure your forum (just follow the instructions)
(to configure just go to your forum'-page')
- upload the config file onto your forum-'map'
