Superstar Rajinikanth is gearing up to ensure that his daughter Soundarya’s wedding on September 3, turns out to be a grand affair. Soundarya is getting married to Chennai based Ashwin.

First and foremost Rajini and Latha invited the most important guests, Chief Minister Karunanidhi, Deputy CM MK Stalin, former CM Jayalalitha and other important political dignitaries. The couple has also invited Rajinikanth’s closest buddy in tinseltown Kamal Hassan and Gauthami.

The grapevine has it that Soundarya will be wearing a specially designed Kanjeevaram sari, designed by a leading silk sari shop. Manish Malhotra, the top Mumbai designer will be in charge of her reception sari as she wants to get a mix of traditional and contemporary look on that big day.
