    Can you install skins and mods on it?

    I believe you can, but for free....? I don't know about that. I thought InVision was a purchase-only thing. Perhaps I'm wrong - yeah, it happened once before ;)

    You have Invision Free and Invision Power, it are 2 different boards....
    I have an invisionfree board and it's almost the same as invision power, only you have an ad on the top of your page ($5 to remove it) and you can put invision power on your own server I think.. so you can add more mods... But there are tons of mods for invision free too :)
