Rasam Recipe
Ingredients:
* Tomato - 3 nos (medium)
* Chilly powder - ½ tsp
* Coriander powder - 1 tsp
* Pepper powder - 1½ tsp
* Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
* Garlic - 4 nos
* Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
* Dry red chilly - 2 nos
* Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
* Curry leaves - 1 stem
* Coriander leaves - ½ cup
* Salt - As required
* Asafoetida (Kayam) - ½ tsp
Preparation:
1. Cut tomatoes to small pieces, add water and bring to boil.
2. To this add all the powders and garlic and bring to boil.
3. Splutter mustard seeds in oil, add dry red chilly and curry leaves. Add boiled rasam.
4. Add coriander leaves and serve.
