Freeforum Database Error

I have been using the fre IPB forums that Bizhat offers with its free sites. Recently, all of my subboards show mySQL errors when I try to open them. I would like to know as much on the cause and possible sollution to this problem. Thanks.

When I try to acces any of my baords, I get this mySQL error:

I can't fix it myself because..

1. I don't know mySQL
2. Even if I did, I can't edit the mySQL database on the server.

The Free Invision Boards are enragingly unstable, and I'm sick and tired of having to wade through these errors. I want my board fixed by whoever is high enough on the ladder to do so, and I need it done soon. I've tried to be as diplomatic as possible, but not even expletives can express my frustration.
