Everything time i update my website and upload the files, I still see the old version of pages when i visit my website. It takes few hours to change to new pages. Anyone facing his problem too? How to fix it?

I'm using ADSL 512k connection. This problem happen to my exsisted files only. If I upload a new html file, it can be view instantly. But, if I upload an updated html file to overwrite the older one, the new content are not able to view instantly. What I see is only the old content. Even if I delete an exsisted file, it still can be viewed. For example, I have a file call "internet.html" which I uploaded yesterday. Today, I login to ftp and delete it, but i still can view that page by http://myname.bizhat.com/internet.html . I'm sure that I'm already clean up all the cookies and internet temporary file before I do this. Thanks!

    Try this one:
    - delete all files with "htm" extension in the root of your site
    - upload the new files
    Good luck!

Mike Nissa takes good solution. Thank you for your kind.
I have one way to solve this problem.
When you already upload file(s), you go to your site.
If you site still have an old page, click refresh button on your internet browser. It will help you.
    Good luck!
