 Nokia has announced the launch of a new affordable mobile, Nokia X1-00, aimed at the music lovers and the Next Billion. Nokia claimed the the new mobile phone Nokia X1-00 has extra features to make it as an exclusive music lover’s phone. It has a massive speaker on the back, rated at 106phon that gives high sound which remains undistorted at higher volumes.
 
 Nokia said that Nokia X1-00 is designed for two reasons, "first, because ambient noise levels can high in many places in the world, so you might need everything to be a bit louder to cut through. Second, because mobile music is much more likely to be a shared experience."
 
 The new Nokia X101 offers micro SD support upto 16 GB which is more than enough to store music files and videos. Other music-oriented features on the phone includes three dedicated player keys, a nifty single-key playlist creator, 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio.
 
 Nokia X101 has a 1.8-inch colour TFT display screen and runs on Symbian S30 operating sytem. this new Nokia mobile will offer standby battery life of 61 days and 13.1 hour talktime.

 Nokia said that the new Nokia X101 is aimed at the Next Billion, 3.2 billion people who have never owned a mobile phone. Nokia X1-01 will be available with an affordable price tag of €35 (approx Rs 2,500). Nokia has not yet announced the release date and official price of Nokia X1-01 in India.
