Ingredients
1. Chicken – 300gms
2. Oil 3 tbspn
3. Big onion (chopped long) - 2
4. Ginger/Garlic paste – 1 tbspn
5. Salt – to taste
6. Garam masala powder- 1 tspn
7. Cashew nuts – 50 gms
8. Coconut (grated) – 50 gms
9. Tomato (chopped) – 1
10. Coriander leaves – a pinch
11. Mint leaves – a pinch

Preparation
Clean the chicken, cut in to small pieces and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large pan and saute the onion.
When sauteed well, add chicken, ginger/garlic paste and salt and stir well.
Add garam masala powder into it, saute well and add some water before covering the lid for cooking.
When cooked well, mix mashed cashew and coconut.
Mix chopped tomato, coriander leaves, and mint leaves in it and serve.
