    Default Hosting file size limit?

    Hi I was wondering does anyone know if there is a file size limit with this free service?
    My brother has been using this hosting service for years, but never tryed to upload a file bigger than 3Mb and today when he tryed to upload his flash website and his .swf file was 9Mb he wasn't able to right at the end of the ftp upload it just didn't upload, so is there a limit or what cause his 50Mb storage are no were near he is only using 20Mb total storage.
