    Default Help! I applied a new account but can't upload files ,why?

    Help!
    I register a new account : lihua8.bizhat.com and i got the login domain name and password, but i can't upload my files.After Socket is connecting in Cute FTP , It always show"Control connecting is closed"
    I tried many times to upload files but failed.Why?
    Help!
    Pls hep me!
