I don't know what the hell this is, if the bizhat.com admins actually tell the us moderators something we would be able to tell you. but thats only a dream we moderators have.

I received that same email once I signed up. I think that is because when you receive the first email to activate your account, thay ask for the url, the Activation code and a Site Description. You should enter a description of your site the Admins can understand. It has nothing to do with the description for search engines.
I think this could be the issue. Or else, you should fill in the forms correctly. Good luck on that!
