how can i backup my database

hi all
The only place i can find backup is in SQL Management then my SQL Back Up but when i click on mySQL Back Up it says For security reasons SQL Management has been disabled, if you need a backup of your database please contact the host. Please can somebody advise me how to backup my database

i believe if u are using phpMyAdmin which is the only mysql database management tool we are using. u can do an export which will compress all the stuff within a zip and let u download it

He Pm'ed me and then I sent the PM then tryed to come here and my No Ad's took my browser down so then I didn't know what topics were replyed too...
