Last night was ladies night at the 2011 American Music Awards, where America's favorite female artists took away several awards for their musical contributions. Leading the pack was Taylor Swift, who received the Artist of the Year award, along with Favorite Female Country Artist and Favorite Country Album. Additionally, Katy Perry earned some well deserved recognition of her own and received an achievement award for being the first female artist to have five No. 1 singles from a single album (Teenage Dream). Beyoncé also won Favorite Female Soul/R&B Artist while Adele picked up Favorite Pop/Rock album. - E!


* Mila Kunis attended her own Marine Corps Ball on Friday with Sgt. Scott Moore in Greenville, North Carolina. Spokesperson Capt. Scott Sasser told Access Hollywood, "Everything went well. It was a great experience for everybody." Moore was actually the first person to ask a celebrity on a date via YouTube -- something that quickly grew in popularity over the summer. * Further proving they'll stop at nothing to be in the public eye, the Kardashian sisters Khloe and Kourtney are now off promoting a book the two of them co-wrote with their other sister, Kim. The novel, Dollhouse, tells the story of three sisters -- Kamille, Kassidy, and Kyle -- living in Los Angeles, whose mother remarries, giving the sisters two extra step-siblings. Sound familiar? And obviously the book has a leopard print cover because what self-respecting book doesn't? So make sure your Kindles are full charged because this sounds like quite the page button turner
