What do you mean? IF you want other people to have sites in your subdomain make yoursubdomain.cfe-clan.com/foldername/ and such.
If you want a complete site, make a template or get one from freelayouts.com and and make many pages and if they link up to eachother you have a website.
If this don't help ya let me know man, I didn't really understand your question but this is as good as I can do on confusing questions.
