Ingredients :

Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) -1/2 cup
Bengal gram(Kadalaparippu) - 1/2 cup
Red gram(Thuvaraparippu) - 1/2 cup
Salt - As reqd
Curry leaves - A few
Onion(big) - 1 no (cut into small pieces)
Green chillies - 2 nos (cut into small pieces)
Ginger - 1" piece (cut into small pieces)
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - A pinch
Oil for frying


Preparation Method :

1)Soak all the dals in water for atleast 2 hrs.

2)Grind these together to make a thick paste. Do not add water while grinding.

3)Add onions, curry leaves, green chilly, ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

4)Wet your hands and make balls off the paste and make patties.

5)Deep fry in oil till golden brown in colour.
