I'm using CuteFTP in order to upload my new
banner. Everything works, except my password.
It won't accept it. I don't understand this because
it's the ONLY password I have.

Can anyone be of some assistance here?

what was your FTP PORT?
Normally we use port 21.

login / User: yourname.bizhat.com
password: yourpassword
Port: 21

no if your name is lolol3, you have you put lolol3.bizhat.com

Maybe you pressed lolol3 for password or something.
Maybe try different combinations of thing like changing lolol3 in bizhat.com or password mix things up but make sure you remember what combination your putting in.

try on lost password...would help if you have too much trouble on that thing...the new password will sent you via email

I'm getting quite anoyed by the extremely bad english written by the users in these forums.
I know mine isn't that well either but still.
Things like 'mine name' if you say it loudly you simply know it's wrong.
