you can signup for both hosting and forum at http://www.netfreehost.com/
you will see Free PHPBB and Free IB Forum on the left pane..so you can do that on your choice, but the difference is free host will be yoursite.bizhat.com and the forum will be yoursite.netfreehost.com

your saying that, i make a link to the forum, they click on it, but it will not be bixhat anymore, am i right?
