I am so confused

I created my domain, but when i log in, it says domain doesnt exist but above it says welcome psp-heaven.bizhat.com then i click on file manager, it says log on and i tried two different ways, psp-heaven.bizhat.com and psp-heaven wich is my username for this forum. plz help!!!!!!!!!!!

is your account activiated yet? did you get confirmation email?
you can try on lost password as well, to make sure that everything is correct.

yes i confirmed the email, it said give it one hour. i went to sleep woke up, and it still says the same thing.

And correctly type your password.
If it doesn't works try waiting for few days.

also u must use an FTP programe it is easy and the best way to access the file manager
