you can use some ftp client or if have internet explorer try to insert "ftp://username:[email protected]" into adress bar.

or you can log into your account from http://free.bizhat.com/cp and push the file manager tab. Then just drag and drop.

i also find SmartFTP and DreamWeaver to be very usefull for file transfers, and dreamweaver doubles as the best HTML editor there is out there.
