Can't access phpmyadmin

I can't access phpmyadmin and my database. Everything else seems fine. Please see to it.

I get a 404 not found when trying to go to phpMyAdmin.

I am not able to access phpmyadmin either. The admin probably haven't finish restore everything back to normal. so please give it more time.

i have some allowed file type's but i cant download this files from link, if i want download this file i need copy this link in my browser and then i can download! What happening with BizHat.com ??? Why this server dont work properly!
