INGREDIENTS:

* Prawns 1 cup
* Corn flour 4 table spoon
* Salt to taste
* Hot chili powder 1 table spoon
* Shredded coconut 4 table spoon
* Hot green chili 2
* Mustard seed 1/2 table spoon
* Ginger 1 inch
* Garlic 6 cloves


Preparation Method:


1. Grind shredded coconut, hot green chili, mustard seed, ginger, garlic into a fine paste.
2. Marinate the shrimp in the paste.
3. Mix corn flour and hot chili powder.
4. Take the marinate shrimp, coat with corn flour and hot chili powder.
5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the breaded prawns.
