universalteacher, make sure you typed in your ENTIRE URL as your login name. The first time I tried to login, I kept typing freeflatscreens instead of freeflatscreens.bizhat.com and I could not log in. Silly me. And of course, make sure you are using your correct password. I'm not totally sure but I believe that the password is case sensitive.
