error while transferring files

what does that happen ?????
it happens a lot and i have lots of space and BW , dunno why this happens

As long as I can tell from the log you posted, you've already used 51.194 kB. When you signed up, provided you didn't upgrade your account, you got 50 MB of storage or, what's the same, the 51.200 kB stated in the log as "authorized".
Hence, you have occupied all your assigned storage space on the server. You will need to upgrade.

Well be sure that the file extentions are allowed which .htm .html .shtml are allowed, and be sure its under the size limit, like under 2 MB.
