    Default Recommened Sites

Do you guys have any favourite web sites that you use for Hosting, HTML, PHP, FTP, SQL etc. I am not very good at PHP, don't get FTP or SQL, so I want much needed help. I don't have a paying website(yet), so free is on the top of my priority list. Thanks in advance.

You can find almost all tutorials at http://www.w3schools.com . It helps a lot.

You can find a free ftp at http://www.smartftp.com .

    Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot. I will start the SQL tutorial today! As for the FTP I'll look into downloading it. I'm not a biggie on downloads, but if it looks in reason I'll get it. Thank-you!

Thanks CFE, I had already been to funky-chickens, but the other three are good too. I was just wondering do you need SQL or PHP to run a decent, domain-name website?

a domain name website cost's money.

PHP you can make forums out of, and PHP you can make normal single sites like http://aok.cfe-clan.com thats pure php and also an example of a php site http://hosting.cfe-clan.com you can also make portal's too.
But Forums and Portal's require MySQL, thats why you see many reports of hacking from portal's and phpbb.
