Default Putting Video on a Website

    Can anyone help me please.
I am currently doing an assignment which involves the possibility of putting a 5 minute video on a web site. I am totally lost. Can anyone advise me of the size and resolution the video would need and what type of internet connection speed would be required, along with the format.
The HTML code that is needed would be useful too.
    Thanks

Your best bet is streaming video, probably wmv, havent tried doing it yet though, 5 minutes is not a problem, although it will probably take sometime to download, you can lower the resolution and the quality to make the file smaller. Will try to look for the code, i know about it but im not familiar.
