    Default I can not access my web site.

    I have got a mail telling me that my account is active, and I can access it. In fact I can not access it yet, browser got no response till time out.
    I can login to the account manager, but file manager is unavaliable. Pls help me.

    try to use FTP program, i used to get this problem but after using CuteFTP everything is OK.

    tell me if it work
