    You just check out the software XARA webstyle 4
    I tcan create website
    There are preset banners with lot of styles... .fully customizable.
    You can change every detail of it

    There is numbers of ways to make a banner, there is xara, photoshop, photo easy creator. Etc...

    I want to prepare a presentation with a continuously flying(animated) title for example "ECONOMY OF INDIA". I want to create a title in ppt just like similar to SAHIL INDIA BOY displayed in BH site

    I did get a GiF Animator, look at one of the free full software in the general Computer forum.

    Design it with Photoshop CS then animate it with Image Ready.

    This signature was created using swishmax .....exported to avi and then imported in avi-gif and then exported back to gif

    you can easily make some moving words in macromedia flash and then publish it as GIF file as you wish :o
