    Default PhpBBweb upgrade

    my PhpBBweb site isn't running the latest version of PhpBB as promised, could you please upgrade it? There are many new functions that I would like to use.

    Read the rules, you need minimum 10 posts to get upgrade.

    Only quality posts count, no short, meaning less posts, these are considered as SPAM. If you SPAM the forum your site will get deleted. You must have a developed web site before asking for upgrade.
