    I use Textpad from textpad.com
I hate FrontPage, don't know about others.
It changes some stuff a little bit when you have a html file and save it after editing it.
Don't think that will happen if you start with FrontPage at the beginning =)
I don't even use none of above now.
Since i use CuteFTP and there is a build-in HTML editor.
it works pretty good. have those Memory thing, so when you type <h there will be a drop-down menu for you to choose instead of writing the whole thing.
sry about my english. if it's not clear enough, then try it out! =]

I use only Dreamveawer 2004 v 7.0.1, he is very good because you can make edit your webside with graphics method.( I like very much in Dreamveawer included flash button :). ). Frontpager suck, and i'm too stupd to work in notepad;/) ((very sorry for my language)
