Index.htm not starting Web page

If I use http://johan008.bizhat.com I only get a index of all the files.

If I use http://johan008.bizhat.com/? my Index.htm will start but no banners or adverts.

If I select Index.htm then 404 Error, Page not found.

What is wrong with my index.htm. (Change to *.html did not help)

You need to change the index.htm on your hard drive to index.html and then upload it, when you go to your site http://johan008.bizhat.com you can view your website with no problem.
