    Default Password Protection

    How can i password protect my pages ? I dont have any knowledge of .htaccess files required . Is it possible to password protect using cgi scripting pls suggest

    I used a Password Protect Script for some of my pages, but .htaccess files would work best to restrict people from seeing folders.

    The script I used for my pages, whenever you refreshed you would have to put password in.

    Hmmm I htmlbasix has a generator for that I believe or you can try searchbliss.com, I think they have one also but I am not 100% sure. Anywhos, here's the link to the first one:
