why do webhosts require posting now? is it the 'in' thing? I don't see the real value in making it a requirement and it seems like everyone's doing it now, as if it's the season's newest fad.

its because they have limited space i guess but its for people who dont abuse the system or the people that are serious to do jobs, school project, for a team and/or gaming its not an in thing its just so they can see who is in and who is out meaning who really needs it or people that just dont care.Originally Posted by virtualseries

well, if they have limited space, why use up that space with a forum? and those that are serious about it are busy working with those teams, games, projects so... taking up time to post doesn't make sense to me either. if they want to know who's serious, couldn't the monitor usage on people's space and just delete them if the spaces aren't active?

your right and your not right cause the fourms can be used on there friends or something thye have alot of space but i mean theres more people in the world so take batteryies for an exmaple it can get recharged but only so many times they dont have time to see the useaged and delete them and say they have more room for people but if people would learn to read the fine print maybe they would not be in this mess right?
