Flash Help

I'd like to make a Flash MP3 Player, so I can make an MP3 Site like mp3.cfe-clan.com and direct them to a page that has a Flash player so it would play the music, and maybe with an equalizer, can anyone tell me where to go or give me a fla file? Would be a big help, and I would try and get some FTP Privlages to you guys if you want in on this nice project.

Well since nobody wanted to help me, I made my own sort of flash thingy, and it works fine I just need to work heavily on the Members area.
